Admission Process

Once the prospective student’s application is received and verified it will be put forth to the DJPIMAC Admissions Board.The decision taken by the Admissions Board of DJPIMAC will be final and binding. Application for admission may be rejected or cancelled in the event of submission of incorrect or fraudulent information or suppression or distortion of any fact like education qualification, marks, nationality, or other information stated in the application form.The student if accepted must abide by and follow all the rules and regulations as set by the institute. The management has the right to expel the candidate on disciplinary grounds. Participants will be awarded their certificate only on successful completion of all modules listed in their program.

 

Fee Refund Policy

If a participant who has already paid the course fees to DJPIMAC seeks to cancel his/her admission two weeks prior to the first day of the batch, the student will be refunded 50% of the course fees. There will be no refund of course fees if a notice to withdraw from the course is received after two weeks prior to commencement of the batch.

 

Batch Cancellation Policy

For any reason should the batch be cancelled or rescheduled, the participant can opt to be shifted to another batch or refunded his/her course fees. However, the management at DJPIMAC reserves the right to schedule, reschedule, and cancel lectures and training sessions without prior notice.

 

INSTITUTE RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

DJPIMAC Institute Code of Conduct

It is the responsibility of the participants to carefully read and adhere to the ‘DJPIMAC Institute Code of Conduct’ and any amendments to the code introduced hereafter.

• Course participants must behave and conduct themselves in a dignified and courteous manner and show due respect to institute authorities, employees and fellow participants at all times.

• A proper dress code to be adhered to while on institute premises. Refer to the ‘Dress Code and Grooming’ section for further details.

• Institute attendance to be strictly adhered to by all participants. Refer to the ‘Attendance and Punctuality’ section for further details.

• Participants to maintain a vibrant academic and intellectual atmosphere in line with the objectives of the institute.

• The laws of the country and human rights to be respected and adhered to at all times.

• Possession or consumption of narcotic drugs, tobacco, alcohol and other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited on institute premises.

• Participants must refrain from using their mobile phones during lectures and hands-on training sessions.

• Silence to be maintained when inside the institute.

• Participants shall not indulge in any undesirable activity and shall maintain the highest standards of discipline.

• Participants are prohibited from indulging in anti-institutional, anti-national, antisocial, communal, immoral or political expressions and associated activities while on institute premises.

• Participants shall not deface, destroy, damage or disfigure institute property.

• Unauthorised entry of outsiders into the institute without prior appointment with DJPIMAC management is strictly prohibited.

• Possession or usage of weapons, explosives or anything that causes injury/ damage is strictly prohibited.

• Any instance of criminal activity within institute premises will be reported to the police.

• Any activity or action by participants which brings the institute’s name into disrepute is prohibited.

• All course participants are expected to exercise honesty and integrity in their academic work. Plagiarism of any kind will not be tolerated.

• All matter and material that is taught and showcased at the institute is the sole property of the institute and its technical and knowledge partners. Participants shall not take photos, record videos or reproduce or sell course notes, course material or any information that is confidential and belongs to the institute.

 

Disciplinary Action

Course participants violating the aforementioned ‘DJPIMAC Institute Code of Conduct’ will be handed disciplinary sanctions based on the gravity and recurrence of the misconduct. Decision to expel, suspend or warn participants will be at the discretion of the DJPIMAC management. The teaching faculty and other DJPIMAC officials have the power to take immediate action to curb any prohibitory activities as listed under the Institute Code of Conduct.

 

Dress Code and Grooming

All course participants must adhere to the ‘Dress Code’ as described below when on institute premises.

• Doctor’s Coat: A doctor’s coat is provided to each student enrolling for the medical aesthetic program. Participants shall ensure that a clean coat is worn at all times during lectures and hands-on training sessions. Additional coats can be purchased at the institute.

• Therapists Coat: A therapists's coat is provided to each student enrolling for the skincare cosmetology program. Participants shall ensure that a clean coat is worn at all times during lectures and hands-on training sessions. Additional coats can be purchased at the institute.

• Shoes: Participants are requested to take off their shoes at the institute reception. This is in order to maintain a clean room environment in the lecture hall and training area.

• Personal Hygiene and Grooming: Since this is an aesthetic course, it is crucial that you are presentable and well groomed. Always look like the professional you are trying to become.

 

Attendance and Punctuality

Course participants must inform the institute if they are going to be late or absent. Course lectures and hands-on training sessions will not be repeated for participants who are absent. Participants are responsible for all work missed during their absence, and it is their obligation to consult with their instructor for making up for the same.
